Question #2-Picky Eaters

As a parent of a 20-month old, I know what it's like dealing with a picky eater. I try to combat this by offering my child several different choices in her meal. I also try to alternate the types of foods I give her so she doesnt get burnt out on something. If she wont eat, I do not force feed her. I know eventually she'll get hungry. I avoid the media's attention to high sugar/fat by allowing her "moderate" amounts of these types of food so that she doesnt get obsessed with them. At this time, she likes cookies but she also loves fruit and veggies so it must be working!
